Technical providers

Access to hosting, logs and the contact inbox must be limited to authorized people and protected by appropriate authentication.

Logs are used to diagnose errors, prevent abuse and verify that the form works correctly. They are not used for commercial prospecting.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to the processing of your personal data. You may also request portability where that right applies.
To exercise these rights, contact contact@cloudforge.fr. Cloudforge will respond within the time limits required by the GDPR. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL.
Cookies and trackers
Strictly necessary
The website uses local storage strictly necessary for it to function: remembering your cookie choice, display language and security elements. These items do not require consent because they are indispensable to delivering the service you request.
Optional — audience measurement
After your consent is collected through the dedicated banner, the website activates a third-party audience measurement tool to estimate traffic and improve its content. No tool is activated until you accept. No advertising trackers, pixels or social widgets are deployed.
When consent is given, measurement relies on pseudonymous identifiers and technical metadata (pages viewed, language, device type, approximate country). The IP address is truncated. No data is used for advertising purposes.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer. The provider name and the list of recipients are available on request at contact@cloudforge.fr.
Deletion and lifecycle
Deletion requests are handled by searching exchanges associated with the provided email address, then deleting or anonymizing contact messages when no legal obligation or overriding legitimate interest justifies retaining them.
